IMS POLICY

Offshore Wind Power Consulting S.L´s aim is to ensure that the needs of its customers are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of the work.

The Company’s IMS Policy calls for continual improvement in its integrated management activities, and the business will be conducted according to the following principles:

We will:

• Comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations on quality, prevention of occupational health and safety and the environment.
• Follow a concept of continuous improvement in the effectiveness of this integrated management system and optimization of management resources in all IMS matters.
• Communicate our IMS policy to stakeholders.
• Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates, subcontractors and others who come into contact with our work.
• Provide adequate and appropriate control of health, safety, quality and environmental risks arising from our activities.
• Engage the organization in complying with all preventive and legal requirements through the information, training, consultation and participation of workers.
• Minimise the incidence of occupational ill health and injury.
• Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish the highest Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental standards.
• Analyse the processes, techniques and raw materials used, choosing those that generate less risk to workers.
• Assign sufficient technical, human and economic resources in matters of occupational risk prevention and create a positive culture of risk prevention in the organization.
• Seek to minimise the environmental impact of our operations by preventing pollution, reducing energy consumption and implementing initiatives to reduce waste.
• Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of our Integrated Management System and provide the personnel and resources to ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded and fully understood throughout our organisation.
• Conduct all work to a high professional standard with technical and commercial integrity.

To supply our customers with the products and services they require we have developed an Integrated Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

This policy will be reviewed for continuing suitability and effectiveness at Management Reviews and as required and appropriate.

This policy will be communicated and understood within the organization.
